You can track the status of your order with the waybill number starting “TGS” followed by your order number. Eg. TGS445678

When you place your order, it’s important to note:
- Processing – It is in the process of being dispatched with the relevant shipping company.
- Completed – Your order has been successfully dispatched and you should expect arrival between 48 to 72 hours (weekends excluded).
